The procedure for attestation of professional training and work experience for recognition of professional experience in Romania by persons wishing to engage in another member state of the EU, EEA or Swiss Confederation activities listed in Annex IV to Directive 2005/36/EC is applied by the County agencies for Payments and Social Inspection, respectively the Agency of Bucharest Municipality, subordinated to the National Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, by an endorsement with the model set out in Annex. 1 of the Order no. 134/2016 issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Justice.

In accordance with the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 96/2016 for the certificates issued by training providers under the Government Ordinance no. 129/2000, the competent authorities are the County Agencies for Payments and Social Inspection, respectively the Agency of the Bucharest Municipality, rsubordinated to the National Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
